Grief asks for a dance whenever she feels the need. And she likes to dance in the midst of joy. And that’s why she came to me this morning - because I was happy. Because I was happy in a place that reminds me of something very sad. (But also holds so damn much joy!)And I miss my friend with depth I cannot describe. . I know others feel this too. And so I wanted to share it with you so you know that you are not alone.

Forever and a Day - Grief, Growth, and Other Plot Twists
This podcast is part grief processing, part storytelling, part “wait, did I just say that out loud?” Hosted by an author writing about childhood, loss, and learning to move with grief instead of powering through it, Forever and a Day features chaotic-but-honest TikToks, podcast clips, and conversations about healing, spirituality, creativity, and breaking generational cycles.
There’s humor. There’s woo woo. There’s a business run by cats. You’ve been warned.
